Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or be visibly damaged. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt, proof of purchase or order number.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or we will send you a new item.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND TO BE ISSUED AFTER THE SHIPMENT REACHES US.
In an event where you are returning an item for a full refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning the item and we issue you a new one, we will send you a shipping label.

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
• We accept exchanges on items purchased on erosessentials.com only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
